Analyzer Solutions
FyreLine Digital Controller
The uniform operating concept simply offers more possibilities: The modular gas analyzer SIPROCESS GA700 has three housing types and the flexibility of three mix-and-match modules to choose from. This means you can use rack or wall-mounted housings and can combine two of the three modules OXYMAT 7, ULTRAMAT 7, or CALOMAT 7. SIPROCESS GA700 with its impressively reliable measurements, is optimized for a variety of applications, and is equipped with device internal interfering gas correction. Commissioning is also very simple thanks to the Plug & Measure principle: You just insert the modules, connect the cables, switch on, and measure. As soon as the modules are installed, they are automatically configured in their basic settings. Gas analysis with the SIPROCESS GA700 means high service friendliness and a uniform operating concept. Gas analysis has never been easier.

- True reference measurement for drift-free, stable measurements
- All modules “temperature controlled,” regardless of ambient temperature fluctuations
- Optional calibration device
- Filter wheel with test cells that can be swiveled into the beam path for calibration; no test gases required
- Calibration: manual or automatic
UV500
ONLINE WATER ANALYSER
The UV500 is a on-line water analyser based on a high resolution UV-visible spectrograph.
- 2048 pixels high resolution spectrograph scanning wavelengths from 180 nm to 750 nm is the master part of the UV500. Direct absorbance measurement for UV254, COD, BOD, TOC, NO3, Colour PO4 and Cr VI brings fast and stable measurements with a simple hydraulic circuit. Factory predefined or local multi-point calibration allows to get readings of COD, BOD and TOC under the UV alternative method for compatible applications. UV spectroscopy brings faster results than conventional methods like COD, BOD, TOC with much less maintenance once the correlation is dertermined.
- An additional circuit allows the measurement of ammonia and hydrogen sulphide on the gas phase after a stripping step. This unique method allows measurements on extremely turbid or coloured samples like activated sludge as the gas phase is not affected. A fast Fourier transform (FFT) brings an exceptional selectivity and no interference has never been reported after years of operation on many different applications.
- The patented flow cell allows very high level of suspended solid without clogging. The turbidity is automatically compensated by a dual-wavelength method.
- The UV source is a xenon flash lamp specified for 10^9 flashes that corresponds to more than 10 years of life time with one measurement every minute.
- Physico-chemical measurements like pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, conductivity can be added to the internal measurements by using external probes. The dissolved oxygen probe is based on fluorescence method for a lower maintenance and higher stability.
UV300-5D
ONLINE WATER ANALYSER FOR DRINKING WATER
The UV300-5D is a pre-defined configuration of the UV300 analyser dedicated to drinking water monitoring.
- It offers the possibility to monitor simultaneously FIVE parameters :
- Total residual chlorine

- Conductivity
- Temperature
All this is done by a single unit that allows high performance measurements at a cost effective price. An automatic cleaning system maintains clean the flow cell and also make an auto-zero that guaranties the absence of long term drift.
UV VIS200
ONLINE WATER ANALYSER
UV-VIS200 Full spectrum probe
- FULL SPECTRUM UV-VIS MEASUREMENT
- USER-FRIENDLY INTERFACE & COMMUNICATION
- AUTOMATIC CLEANING
The probe calculates the full UV-Vis absorbance spectrum of the water sample. Different algorithms are available to extract the concentration of the different compounds absorbing in the UV or visible range.
The colour touch screen and intuitive interface available in 8 different languages makes very easy to test or configure the probe. A USB port enable to download on any USB key the last 24hours recorded measurements as well as a diagnostic file containing the configuration and useful information for remote troubleshooting. The software of the controller can be upgraded by connecting a USB key. The RS232 port and the RS485 port support the MODBUS protocol to transmit each measuring channel value to a SCADA system. Additional parameters are available like status code, error code, calibration values. The full UV-Vis absorbance spectrum can also be read under the Modbus protocol as a table of 512 float values with starting wavelength and pitch.
The EL200 delivers a free potential contact to drive a solenoid valve on compressed air to clean the probe. It can drive alternately an air compressor if no air network is available on site. The period and cleaning time are adjustable to adapt to different applications.
CEM500L
ONLINE GAS ANALYSER
The CEM500-L is an extractive online gas analyser for Continuous emission monitoring (CEMS).
- OPTICAL PRINCIPLE - MAIN METHOD : UV SPECTROSCOPY
- Several gases can be measured simultaneously thanks to the UV spectroscopy method by using different wavelengths and algorithms. For gases with a periodic absorption spectrum such as NH3, SO2, NO, CS2 or acetylene, an algorithm based on FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) guarantees a very good selectivity of measurement. The solid-state design due to the UV spectroscopy gives a high reliability of the measuring system with quite no maintenance.
- The UV lamp is a xenon flash lamp with a high lifetime and without thermal effect that may generate measurement drift.
- The gas flow cell has two quartz windows to transmit the UV light throught the measured gas. The standard path length of the flow cell is 1200 mm.
- The spectrograph is based on a concave grating to minimize the optical parts and the spectrum is read on a 2048 pixel CCD with a resolution of 0.1nm.
- A zero is done automatically on zero air or nitrogen with an adjustable period (if possible every 2 or 4 hours but once per day remains acceptable).
- The absorbance spectrum is calculated from the reference spectrum acquired during the zero step.
